Meet the team
Louisa Scanlan
- Passionate - Bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything I do. I genuinely love the work that I do, and it runs throughout the organisation.
- Imaginative - I don’t make things different from the norm for the sake of it. I do it because I believe that we need to continually bring new thoughts and ideas, challenge the status quo and enable people to thrive as a result.
- Inquisitive - Or just plain nosey! I love to learn; I love to try new things. I am just a curious person, but I know that it enables me to bring the very latest insights to the people I work with.
- Visionary - I am a big picture thinker and that can sometimes lead me to “chasing shiny things” a bit too much. But also enables me to look at what is possible, what the world of work could be and how to make a difference.
Shona Marshall
- Passionate - I genuinely get a kick out of doing what I do and enabling individuals, teams and organisations to be the best version of themselves while being the best version of myself is what keeps me, and my clients, coming back for more
- Imaginative - this is about working more in the transformational rather transactional space and use insights, intelligence and inspiration to create a new reality
- Inquisitive - it's about being constructively challenging, asking lots of ‘what if’ questions and really understanding the cause of their pain points before moving to solutions
- Visionary - being realistically optimistic for clients, how can I de-mystify what clients think might be impossible and make it possible by equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to take the first step
Sue Frost
- Passionate - means fully focusing my energy, knowledge and experience on the people and organisations I work with;
- Imaginative - Imaginative means seeing fresh perspectives and, where appropriate, challenging people's perceptions around the way they've always done stuff;
- Inquisitive - Inquisitive means being fascinated about people and situations;
- Visionary - Visionary means setting and working towards transformational goals that add value to people's lives.
Jane Hirst
- Passionate - I love what I do which means that I’m continually learning so that I can bring you the best solutions
- Imaginative - I’m a great believer of ‘if you can see it, you can do it’. I’ll help you to create a vivid picture of what you want so that you have a solution that truly fits your needs
- Inquisitive - having the curiosity to really understand why you do things is a part of who I am, it also helps you to understand why you want the things you do
- Visionary - building the blueprint of what you want to achieve is the first part, then developing the efficacy to make it happen is where the magic starts
Nicola Jones
- Passionate - We have to bring the energy and the joy to inspire and motivate people to do their best at work.
- Imaginative - Doing what we have always done is not going to work in an era of digital transformation. We have to shake things up a bit and figure out how to contribute to creating our own change.
- Inquisitive - Discovery is one of the most enjoyable parts of learning design for me. It’s the time when relationships are established, ideas and aspirations are aired, and we start getting to the heart of the matter.
- Visionary - Horizon-scanning is a crucial part of working life now, and I love it!
